Paranormal Activity 3

Before we go any further with the run down of Paranormal Activity 3 ,lets understand first what Paranormal Activity really means.

To understand this term lets divide it into two.

Paranormal :- Paranormal is anything which is beyond the scope of science.anything which science can not explain is paranormal.a kind of experience which is tough to understand or something which suggest that this is not right or this should not happen, we can put this in Paranormal.

Activity :- Oh well as the name suggest an Activity ,something which is a do is an Activity.

Paranormal Activity :-  an activity which is not normal and can’t be define ,out of scope of science.

I saw Paranormal Activity 3 recently with my friends about couple of days ago.we were in the office and we decided that since its a festival time lets go out and watch a movie together.going on with the reputation of the previous Paranormal Activity movies we zeroed down to Paranormal Activity after an hour we were at the cinemax to watch this movie.

Oh well what to say about this film but we were kind of disappointed.all of my friends did not like the movie except me.i don’t say that it was a good movie but it was not bad was some kind of average movie.average comparing to rest of the paranormal movies. rating is 6.5 to this movie

which is not bad for any movie ,its an average horror flick.

The Plot

Its very simple ” In 1988, young sisters Katie and Kristi befriend an invisible entity

which resides in their home.”

The story is set in 1988 , a family of four where two little girls live with their so called parents along with an unknown entity which troubles them every now and then with its activities.well , don’t really know what this thing is.but as you watch the movie you can easily figure it out that its a kid which the little girl name katie interacts with.she calls him begins with normal camcorder recording as Dennis ( Christopher Nicholas Smith ) goes around the house recording his stuff.soon he realized that something is not going right in this house.he installs cameras to record at night ,if there is something which is causing problem.he records unusual activities taking place at night and shares it with his friend Randy Rosen ( Dustin Ingram ).Dennis happens to record more activities on camera and decides to share it with his wife Katie ( katie Featherston ). things take deadly turn later and they shifts to their mother home where things take unexpected turn and Dennis and Katie die.

One thing you notice about this movie is that there are chills and it does scares you at times.but as it looks like that the movie is building up to something it ends abruptly.

Why watch this movie ?

Its a horror flick and worth watching for does have its share of scary moments.the setting is nice where you can actually feel the horror and silent surroundings.good acting performance by the two little and sound editing is spot on.good direction by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman.

Why not to watch this movie ?

Its an average horror movie.being this movie screened in india ,most of the scenes been deleted from the original its been an edited movie which is screened in india.its not as good as the ends abruptly leaving question asking about what really happened.

Trailer on youtube is actually different and most of the scenes are not there in the movie.

All in all its an average horror movie with its shares of chill and thrill but still fails to scare you as much as the original did in the first place when it was released in 2007.

i give paranormal activity 2.5 out of 5.

I walk with FIRE

I had a girl friend who used to smoke a lot. she was just so crazy about smoking.well no one can be crazy about smoking but she was.she was a kind of chain smoker. we were working in the same organisation and we were deep into relationship.i loved her and overlooked her habit of smoking.she was a kind who used to smoke in every break in between work.i spoke to her lot many times about it.i told her its not good for our kids , if we will have any.most of the times she laughed or smile and used to ignore it.i got plenty of friends who smoke around me ,when i was in london i had friends who used to smoke and drink.well drink is still alright but smoke , oh my god a serious no no to me.

I really feel strong when i see myself not smoking and others around me smoke.though i do passive smoking but its a different thing ,its something you can’t get away with air we breathe in is so polluted that its more harmful then smoking cigarettes.

we all know how bad it is for health , we all know that on the pack of cigarettes we find “smoking is injurious to health”. even then we don’t stop ourselves from smoking.why its like this ? it is because we don’t have control on our mind.we just can’t help it.

Imagine you are in a room which has moist temperature.your air conditioner is not working and your room has no are on the couch with a pack of cigarettes and a bottle of are in your thoughts and smoking and smoking and are sweating at the same are so much in sweat that it looks like you took shower and put your clothes on while you were still wet.droplets of sweat is pouring out of your skin.but your are enjoying are feeling uneasy and shivers a little when a puff of wind blows into your room and touches your skin and gives you that cold  are still smoking .you are done with one and lights another one and starts smoking it.over and over and over you smokes as many cigarettes as you just don’t lights another one.this time its feels a burn inside your feel like something is going to explode in sweat even more harder.its becomes bad and your stomach starts aching and your head feels don’t know what is look around , unfortunately you are the only one in your don’t see anyone outside either because you live in an isolated area which is in the middle of the jungle.hardly ever any one comes by this you don’t know what to are confused and your mind is not thinking you starts feeling something has starts burning inside smells the burn of questions yourself  ” is this your skin burning ” ? even before you think of something you see yourself in flames ,you try to scream but you can’t , you are so much in get burned from the waist all the way up to your are are done with your life.your soul comes out of our body and sees at the charred burned can’t do anything ,you have already left this you wish if you had stopped smoking in time.but its too late you can’t undo it what you have written was your destiny.

Spontaneous Human Combustion

Ever heard of this term ? this is something which still baffles the experts.its one of the biggest science mysteries and yet we have no solid conclusions.this what we call as Spontaneous Human Combustion.

Take these famous Spontaneous Human Combustion cases documented.

Over the past 300 years, there have been more than 200 reports of persons burning to a crisp for no apparent reason.

The first reliable historic evidence of Spontaneous Human Combustion appears to be from the year 1673, when Frenchman Jonas Dupont published a collection of Spontaneous Human Combustion cases and studies entitled De Incendiis Corporis Humani Spontaneis. Dupont was inspired to write this book after encountering records of the Nicole Millet case, in which a man was acquitted of the murder of his wife when the court was convinced that she had been killed by spontaneous combustion. Millet, a hard-drinking Parisian was found reduced to ashes in his straw bed, leaving just his skull and finger bones. The straw matting was only lightly damaged. Dupont’s book on this strange subject brought it out of the realm of folkloric rumor and into the popular public imagination.

On April 9, 1744, Grace Pett, 60, an alcoholic residing in Ipswich England, was found on the floor by her daughter like “a log of wood consumed by a fire, without apparent flame.” Nearby clothing was undamaged.

In the 1800’s is evidenced in the number of writers that called on it for a dramatic death scene. Most of these authors were hacks that worked on the 19th century equivalent of comic books, “penny dreadfuls”, so no one got too worked up about it; but two big names in the literary world also used SHC as a dramatic device, and one did cause a stir.

The first of these two authors was Captain Marryat who, in his novel Jacob Faithful, borrowed details from a report in the Times of London of 1832 to describe the death of his lead character’s mother, who is reduced to “a sort of unctuous pitchey cinder.”

Twenty years later, in 1852, Charles Dickens used Spontaneous Human Combustion to kill off a character named Krook in his novel Bleak House. Krook was a heavy alcoholic, true to the popular belief at the time that SHC was caused by excessive drinking. The novel caused a minor uproar; George Henry Lewes, philosopher and critic, declared that SHC was impossible, and derided Dickens’ work as perpetuating a uneducated superstition. Dickens responded to this statement in the preface of the 2nd edition of his work, making it quite clear that he had researched the subject and knew of about thirty cases of SHC. The details of Krook’s death inBleak House were directly modeled on the details of the death of the Countess Cornelia de Bandi Cesenate by this extraordinary means; the only other case that Dickens actually cites details from is the Nicole Millet account that inspired Dupont’s book about 100 years earlier. book about 100 years earlier.

In 1951, the Mary Reeser case recaptured the public interest in Spontaneous Human Combustion. Mrs. Reeser, 67, was found in her apartment on the morning of July 2, 1951, reduced to a pile of ashes, a skull, and a completely undamaged left foot. This event has become the foundation for many a book on the subject of SHC since, the most notable being Michael Harrison’s Fire From Heaven, printed in 1976. Fire From Heavenhas become the standard reference work on Spontaneous Human Combustion.

On May 18, 1957, Anna Martin, 68, of West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was found incinerated, leaving only her shoes and a portion of her torso. The medical examiner estimated that temperatures must have reached 1,700 to 2,000 degrees, yet newspapers two feet away were found intact.

On December 5, 1966, the ashes of Dr. J. Irving Bentley, 92, of Coudersport, Pennsylvania, were discovered by a meter reader. Dr. Bentley’s body apparently ignited while he was in the bathroom and burned a 2-1/2-by-3-foot hole through the flooring, with only a portion of one leg remaining intact. Nearby paint was unscorched.
July 1, 1951 — Perhaps the most famous case occurred in St. Petersburg, Florida. Mary Hardy Reeser, a 67-year-old widow, spontaneously combusted while sitting in her easy chair. The next morning, her next door neighbor tried the doorknob, found it hot to the touch and went for help. She returned to find Mrs. Reeser, or what was left of her, in a blackened circle four feet in diameter. All that remained of the 175-pound woman and her chair was a few blackened seat springs, a section of her backbone, a shrunken skull the size of a baseball, and one foot encased in a black stain slipper just beyond the four-foot circle. Plus about 10 pounds of ashes. The police report declared that Mrs. Reeser went up in smoke when her highly flammable rayon-acetate nightgown caught fire, perhaps because of a dropped cigarette. But one medical examiner stated that the 3,000-degree heat required to destroy the body should have destroyed the apartment as well. In fact, damage was minimal – the ceiling and upper walls were covered with soot. No chemical accelerants, incidentally, were found.
In 1944 Peter Jones, survived this experience and reported that there was no sensation of heat nor sighting of flames. He just saw smoke. He stated that he felt no pain.

Theories About Spontaneous Human Combustion

Alchoholism – many Spontaneous Human Combustion vicitms have been alcoholics. But experiments in the 19th century demonstrated that flesh impregnated with alcohol will not burn with the intense heat associated with Spontaneous Human Combustion.

Deposits of flammable body fat – Many victims have been overweight – yet others have been skinny.

Devine Intervention – Centuries ago people felt that the explosion was a sign from God of devine punishment.

Build-up of static electricity – no known form of electrostatic discharge could cause a human to burst into flames.

An explosive combination of chemicals can form in the digestive system – due to poor diet.

– Electrical fields that exist within the human body might be capable of ‘short circuiting’ somehow, that some sort of atomic chain reaction could generate tremendous internal heat.

No satisfactory explanation of Spontaneous Human Combustion has ever been given. It is still an unsolved mystery.

What Remains After a Spontaneous Human Combustion Event

The body is normally more severely burned than one that has been caught in a normal fire.

– The burns are not distributed evenly over the body; the extremities are usually untouched by fire, whereas the torso usually suffers severe burning.

– In some cases the torso is completely destroyed, the bones being reduced completely to ash.

– Small portions of the body (an arm, a foot, maybe the head) remain unburned.

– Only objects immediately associated with the body have burned; the fire never spread away from the body. SHC victims have burnt up in bed without the sheets catching fire, clothing worn is often barely singed, and flammable materials only inches away remain untouched.

– A greasy soot deposit covers the ceiling and walls, usually stopping three to four feet above the floor.

– Objects above this three to four foot line show signs of heat damage (melted candles, cracked mirrors, etc.)

– Although temperatures of about 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit are normally required to char a body so thoroughly (crematoria, which usually operate in the neighborhood of 2,000 degrees, leave bone fragments which must be ground up by hand), frequently little or nothing around the victim is damaged, except perhaps the exact spot where the deceased ignited.

Types of Spontaneous Human Combustion

Some events of Spontaneous Human Combustion are witnessed but some are not.

All reported cases have occurred indoors.

The victims were always alone for a long period of time.

Witnesses who were nearby (in adjacent rooms) report never hearing any sounds, such as cries of pain or calls for assistance.

In the witnessed combustions – people are actually seen by witnesses to explode into flame; most commonly. Here the witnesses agree that there was no possible source of ignition and/or that the flames were seen to erupt directly from the victim’s skin. Unfortunately, most of the known cases of this type are poorly documented and basically unconfirmed. Sometimes there are no flames seen by the witness.

Non-fatal cases – Unfortunately, the victims of these events generally have no better idea of what happened to them than do the investigators; but the advantage to this grouping is that a survivor can confirm if an event had a simple explanation or not. Thus, there are far fewer cases of Spontaneous Human Combustion with survivors that can be explained away by skeptics without a second look.

Sometimes victims develop burns on their bodies that have no known external cause. These strange wounds commonly start as small discomforts that slowly grow into large, painful marks.

Sometimes the victim will exhibit a mysterious smoke from the body. In these odd and rare occurrences smoke is seen to emanate from a person, with no associated fire or source of smoke other than the person’s body.

This can happen to you.all this may sound like a crazy episodes or may does not look like something which just can not takes place.but what if it does ? what if all this we discussed above may contribute to your burning.

We all walk with fire inside us.there is something which we have inside waiting to explode.lets not ignite a spark ,its like a time bomb, you time it right and it will explode ,taking your precious life away from you.

You don’t want to play with it, don’t do it.

Zeitgeist : Risk your life

Zeitgeist Zeitgeist Zeitgeist

What is Zeitgeist ? i don’t know.i have no idea what it is and i don’t wana know. coz it does not concern to me at all. it does not affect my life in any way.i am least bothered about what this word actually means.i am least bothered about what it talks about.since it does not make any sense to me and it does not have any impact my on my life. it has no influence on me.i don’t know if  its a latin, french, german or an arabic.its not hindi offcourse neither its is in english. i don’t wana know. i just don’t.

Man,  this how most of the people will react to this word which is so famous “Zeitgeist”.

We Humans are so busy with our daily routine that we don’t have time for anything else.we don’t do anything out of the box.we follow the same routine which we do every day and are very lazy to do something new.

Just sit back , relax and think for a minute about what exactly we are doing ? are we making any difference to the world ? are we doing anything which would influence others ? are we doing anything of sorts which would make us feel like we are worthy ?

No we don’t. its a very simple answer that we are not doing anything of that sort.

Question here arises ,what to do which would make a difference to the mankind ?

Art of taking risk

Risk certainly is one of the most famous word.its also one of the most dicey process to get involve into.every one can not master the art of taking risk.those who do they may get desired results or they may not.most of us are scared of taking risk that’s why we prefer to live an easy life without risk where everything runs smoothly like its an ice cream cone and a monkey licks it.see how easy it is for a monkey to lick an ice cream cone.try this for once.get an ice cream cone and give it to a monkey ,even a monkey will do it right.a monkey will licks the cone just like the way humans do.see how simple it is and how easy it is for a monkey.that’s exactly the kind of life we would like to live , risk free.

So we were talking about the Art of risk one knows for sure and can’t master the art of  taking risk.this is because when we take risk we relate it with our luck, though we forget that we make our own luck and when the process of luck is in our own hands, risk should also be in our own hands.the risk we take is in our control if we thought about it perfectly and took actions.well if we don’t then blame your stars or your luck for not getting the desired results.

Zeitgeist :- means the spirit of times or the spirit of age , very interesting.

Zeitgeist (German pronunciation: [ˈtsaɪtɡaɪst] ( listen)) is “the spirit of the times” or “the spirit of the age.” [1] Zeitgeist is the general culturalintellectual, ethicalspiritual, and/or political climate within a nation or even specific groups, along with the general ambiancemorals, sociocultural direction, and mood associated with an era.

The term is a loanword from German Zeit – “time” (cognate with English “tide” and “time”) and Geist – “spirit” (cognate with English “ghost”).

The concept of Zeitgeist goes back to Johann Gottfried Herder and other German Romanticists, such as Cornelius Jagdmann, but is best known in relation to Hegel‘s philosophy of history. In 1769 Herder wrote a critique of the work Genius seculi by the philologist Christian Adolph Klotz and introduced the word Zeitgeist into German as a translation of genius seculi (Latingenius – “guardian spirit” and saeculi – “of the age”).

Peter Joseph :-

Here is the man who used this word  ( which is  now famous all across the globe ) , for the mankind.he made films under this name and a kind of revolution started.many people got influenced by his films, me far i have only seen one of his films ,which i saw on youtube and it is on 9/11 attack on twin towers.most certainly this is the best 9/11 movie i have ever seen.i saw this movie like few weeks ago and i was stumped by far i have seen many 9/11 attacks movies on Discovery, NGC or News or something like that.but this one hits me to the hilt.its very well made movie.

Why i found this movie the best :- because the way it approaches to people.well produced ,well scripted with video editing and sound design every seems to fall in place and offcourse it gives you the insight or behind the wall cases which were responsible for 9/11 attacks.

See its not at all easy to make a movie like this.

Here the question pops up :- is film making a risk taking business which may cost you your own life ?

Most certainly, yes it is. film making is a risky business in every sense.when you start producing a movie you don’t know how its gona turn out to do your best with all that money to make it the best movie of the year, you script those screenplays and make a team of the best people in your crew.but this can’t guarantee your success.its not until your movie gets screen on multiplexes and theaters and get its first reviews.

Thats when you come to know for the first time if you gona get paid for all the hard work you put in producing this movie.

Like wise making of Zeitgeist has been risky too.this is one of those films which may put Peter Joseph life at risk.he made about 5 films and these are not for commercial purposes, these movies are for the  public awareness.when he made these films he did not intend to make money out of it though he gained huge popularity because he picked up controversial subjects and which were in interest for man kind.millions of people got influenced by his films and started a Zeitgeist Revolution.films like these does help people.but it also has this risk factor involved in i said before, can risk your life. think about this there is a group of people or a govt which does not want you to know the comes a movie which talk about controversies and the truth behind the scenes ,govt notices it and takes action to curb this thing.don’t your think its going to put your life at stake ? it will offcourse.

But should we stop making movies like these just because we have this fear of loosing our life ? should we stop making people aware of the truth ? i guess not. see life is full of risk, its a risk business anyways.risk is every where its about how smartly you counter that risk.dumb fools falls but smart and thought full process in risk taking business does give you the result ,it may take time but we get what we want to have.

My girl friend told me about this guy” Peter Joesph” , i had no idea about who he is.she encouraged me to watch his novies and read about him.i did. i got influenced by his movie and his attitude which is kind of care free and fearless.

Oh well !! this is the kind of attitude we need in every stage of is also like  film making.but here we don’t use lights, action, camera here we deal with real is just another risky it smartly and shine.

Zeitgeist is a risk which is working well for the man kind ,make something like this and work for humans who has already crossed the red line mark in almost everything.

Lets hope more Zeitgeist will come from us and more and more people will get its influence.
